Sunday, May 10th - Update

Moms having and ultrasound of her of arm and legs to determine the clot burden and dictate the anticoagulant to be put on. 

Yesterday her Tacrolimus (anti rejection medication) level was high which could be a big factor in the shaking. Along with the high Co2. Today she seems more steady. Co2 was 60 this morning. In and out of a fib last night. Normal sinus now. She will be on the high flow regimen today.

- Update -

Nurse called with a good update. Mom had her third walk today and did better the last time around. She didn’t want to do it but her nurse today was really great at encouraging her and she said mom was all smiles and happy with her progress. She will be on the high flow until 8 pm and then back to the ventilator. 

No reading on the ultrasound yet.
